Senior Housing Introduction & Franchise Business Third Life

We introduce housing options for seniors, including fee-based retirement homes and elderly housing with care services. Our support ranges from financial planning required for admission to inheritance and will planning, ensuring long-term assistance for residents and their families. Nationwide franchise operation began in 2018.

Comprehensive Group Strategic Planning & Development of Redevelopment and PFI Projects

Features of Our Business

  • Leveraging the full expertise of the Starts Group, we engage in comprehensive planning for more attractive urban redevelopment and PFI projects, while contributing to the revitalization of city centers.
  • Developed “ARCHSIM,” a web-based service that leverages AI and the Starts Group’s extensive data to automatically generate rental housing construction and business plans in a short time.
  • Developed“Re:BIM,” a cloud service specializing in move-out repairs and renovation management.

As an internal think tank that maximizes the synergy of the Starts Group, this division provides project and construction management for urban development projects, including urban redevelopment and PFI, as well as real estate-focused marketing and consulting and design supervision for specialized projects. We also undertake real estate consulting services, including architectural planning, consulting, and project management.
