- *2 Private Finance Initiative This is a project scheme in which public facilities are constructed, maintained, and operated by leveraging private-sector funding, managerial expertise, and technical capabilities.
- *3 This is a system that allows private companies and other organizations to comprehensively manage and operate public facilities that were previously limited to management and operation by local governments and public entities.
