Our services are available in the Kanto, Chubu, and Kansai regions through 117 business offices comprising 13 nursing care facilities, 1 preschools and 131 dispensing pharmacies.

We provide welfare services that support seniors, children, and their families, helping them live with a smile while respecting each individual’s way of life. From home-based care services to residential care facilities, we aim to offer a wide range of nursing care services through a community-based total care system, enabling people to receive support in the communities they know and trust. We are also working to create multi-generational communities through initiatives such as integrated facilities that combine childcare and elderly care services.

Older adults with dementia live together in small, home-like settings, with up to nine residents in each unit.

Fee-based retirement homes (with care and residential-type)

Residents receive meals, health management services, and support for daily living, with care available 24 hours a day.

Daycare services

Users can receive meals, bathing assistance, and programs such as exercise and strength training during daytime visits to help maintain and improve physical function.

Small multifunction home care

Users can combine services such as day care, home visits, and short-term stays to receive support including meals and bathing assistance.

Rental housing for the elderly

These rental homes feature concierge services to support residents' daily lives. They provide a safe and secure living environment with barrier-free facilities, emergency call systems, well-being checks, and daily living consultation services.

Home-visit services (home nursing and elder-care taxi)

Home care workers visit residents’ homes to provide personal care and daily living assistance to support independent living.

In-home care support

Care managers create care plans and coordinate with nursing care service providers.

Welfare equipment rental and sales

We propose equipment and products, including wheelchairs, to support seniors living at home.

Dispensing pharmacies

Through our home-visit pharmacy service (home medical care), medications are delivered directly to users, and consultations are available not only on medications but also on health and daily well-being.
