We have been actively promoting the adoption of seismic isolation buildings to create safe and secure communities. Our proprietary patented construction methods, including Suspended Floor Seismic Isolation and Low-Center-of-Gravity Base Isolation, have contributed to one of the highest order volumes in the industry. The high-rise hybrid timber seismic-isolated condominium, Mokumen, significantly reduces CO2 emissions during construction, reflecting a strong commitment to environmental sustainability.
